As a Country Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to maximize revenue generation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including mobile network operators, retailers, distributors, and government agencies.

Market Analysis and Planning:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize market insights to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and product positioning plans.
  • Drive the development of annual and quarterly business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals.
  • Set clear performance targets, provide regular coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive organizational alignment and synergy.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing collateral, advertising channels, and customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance against targets.
  • Implement cost optimization measures and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance obligations related to the mobile industry.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in all business operations.
  • Proactively address any legal or compliance issues to mitigate risks and maintain the company's reputation and integrity.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in the mobile industry or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile technologies, products, and services, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
