Position Summary: 


We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to oversee our sales operations in the rest of Latin America region. The Sales Managers will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers and partners across multiple countries in Latin America. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a deep understanding of the Latin American market, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. -Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the rest of Latin America region.
  2. -Lead, mentor, and motivate teams of sales professionals to drive performance, foster a culture of excellence, and deliver results.
  3. -Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions tailored to each country in the region.
  4. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and drive business growth.
  5. -Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales pipeline management, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  6. -Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks and make data-driven decisions.
  7. -Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  8. -Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
  9. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • -Proven track record of success in sales management roles, preferably in the Latin American market, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
  • -Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • -Deep understanding of the Latin American market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
  • -Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to develop and implement effective sales strategies and solutions.
  • -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with sales analytics and forecasting tools is a plus.
