Position Overview:
We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Managers to oversee our sales operations in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) regions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and managing teams of sales professionals. The Regional Sales Managers will play pivotal roles in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.
 

Job Description:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the GCC region.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on market trends and customer needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the company's reputation and drive revenue growth.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to maximize ROI and profitability.

Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in sales strategies and processes.



Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the GCC region, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Deep understanding of the GCC market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with sales analytics tools is a plus.
