Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes and ensuring alignment between sales and other departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across various functions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize our sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows.

  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. Monitor sales performance against targets and provide insights to drive decision-making.

  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to inform strategic decisions.

  • CRM Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure data integrity and provide training and support to sales teams as needed.

  • Sales Reporting: Develop and distribute regular sales reports to stakeholders, providing visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, tools, and training programs to support the sales team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.

  • Process Documentation: Document sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability as the company grows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • -Proven experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in the Telecom.
  • -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • -Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • -Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • -Proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
