Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to oversee our operations in Jordan and Lebanon. The Country Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, and a proven track record of success in managing operations and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and plans to achieve growth objectives and expand market presence in Jordan and Lebanon.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, drive performance, and deliver results in line with business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, government agencies, and industry associations, to enhance the company's reputation and drive business success.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective market penetration strategies, pricing optimization, and customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures across all business operations in Jordan and Lebanon.
  • Manage financial performance, budgets, and resources effectively to maximize profitability and return on investment (ROI).
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and strengthen market position.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in country or regional management roles, preferably in the Jordanian and Lebanese markets, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of excellence, and drive results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of the Jordanian and Lebanese market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools is a plus.
