Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and expand our customer base within designated areas of the KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose region-specific sales plans and targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage regional and individual sales performance to ensure goal achievement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on regional sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits accurately.
  • Identify hiring needs, recruit, and train new sales team members.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the region.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Address critical challenges and propose timely solutions.
  • Participate in strategic decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Recommend innovative sales techniques, services, and products to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
