Position Overview: As the General Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region at INOI, you will be responsible for leading the company's operations, sales, and strategic initiatives within the APAC market. You will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners across the region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives within the APAC region.
  • Lead and oversee all operational activities, including sales, marketing, distribution, and customer service, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to drive business expansion and enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of competitors and capitalize on market potential.
  • Lead a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their potential and drive collective success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies across all business operations within the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and deliver on business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and establish INOI as a leading player in the APAC market.
  • Provide regular reports, updates, and insights to senior management on business performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in a senior management role within the consumer electronics or mobile industry, with specific experience in the APAC region.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Excellent strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, expand market share, and achieve business targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in the APAC region is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC countries.
